Moved out of state but stayed with Bank of Elk River. I know I won't find a more painless bank experience anywhere. You can call anytime and talk to a person without a hassle. The staff is astoundingly nice and upbeat. The ladies who work at this Walmart branch are the sweetest!
I opened my account here as I needed it done on a weekend and the stand alone branch was closed. The lady I worked with was really friendly and helpful - she took a few extra steps to get things done per my needs and I really appreciated that.
