He said to me the other day that he is just doing his job. As far as I am concerned, he has gone way over just doing his job! He has done the job of an entire army. My wife and I still cannot thank him enough for everything he has helped accomplish.
This is my second vehicle purchase at Cornerstone with Danny Grams. The experience both times was amazing. Danny was very patient with the many questions I had regarding this huge sale. Danny made such I was comfortable with my decision. The environment in this company is everyone is on board with giving you the best customer service possible.

WARNING - LONG REVIEW! I do not even know how to begin. We came in and test drove a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Recon. It was GREAT, BUT...my husband wanted a 2018 and wanted it a little more "souped up". So, Kurt Reppin helped us custom build our Jeep and make it the way we wanted and it was so painless and went incredible smooth. We were treated with respect and patience throughout the entire process. Our situation was unique as my husband was leaving the country RIGHT before the Jeep was going to be ready for us to pick up. Kurt did everything he could to make sure the deal we got was the best he could get us. He wasn't going to be there, but arranged for us to sign papers with Jason ahead of time and everything went smoothly. In no way did it ever feel like we were dealing with a "car dealership". Once that process was done, I was put in touch with the guy who handles the after market stuff - as we had a LOT we wanted. One word for this experience and Duane in service - WOW!! Wow doesn't even begin to describe Duane. From the minute I connected with him until the day we picked up our vehicle. He knew my husband was leaving town and he so bad wanted the Jeep to be completed before he left, but it didn't happen. The night we went to pick up the Jeep...he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and went and got it out of the service bay to show it to us and what he had done so far - making sure our satisfaction was nothing short of 100%. Then, 3 days later, it was finally time to pick it up! I got to the dealership and as I pulled in, my Jeep rolled by me....I got so excited and they immediately did a U-turn. Said they were just checking the alignment sensors - but Duane was off that day and came in JUST to be able to see my reaction to his hard work. WOW! This Jeep exceeded all of our expectations! Duane has said several times "seeing your reaction is the best part of my job"...it shows. He was really thorough and detail-oriented. He did an AMAZING job and is absolutely the BEST to work with. Cornerstone has now acquired lifelong Jeep customers. We won't ever go anywhere else. Thank you!!!
However, our experience with the dealership was a nightmare. We drove from two hours away for a car. The first day everything went well enough, but we ended up having to come back the next day. We decided to test drive a different car but the dealership couldn't find the keys. WE WAITED OVER TWO HOURS WHILE NO ONE HELPED JAKE LOOK FOR THE KEYS. We talked to a manger and were told we'd just have to come back when they found them. Again, we live two hours away and this was day two for us. He was very rude! We ended up leaving but coming back about an hour later. While we made a deal on a different car my husband suddenly sees the "lost key car" driving around the parking lot. It turns out someone was hoarding the keys, possibly for a different buyer. I was furious!!! We test drove that car and didn't like it so we bought the original one. We still waited 3-4 hours to talk to someone in finance. In this time I heard a different sales person telling a customer "We'll just mail you the keys once we find them." So that's another lost key incident. And they also lost the second set of keys for the car we DID buy. How can a car dealership be so horrible at keeping track of their keys!?!?! While we were slightly compensated for our "wait," I definitely feel that it was not enough for all the time, stress, and unprofessional staff we dealt with.

I pulled in at 330pm today 12/6/17 to get my oil changed on my 2013 F150, I should of caught on when the Quicklube service advisor asked if I was dropping it off or waiting I laughed saying I will wait it’s only an oil change. Well they completed the oil change and tried to bill me $66 for the $39.99 oil change. After correcting the bill and voiding my first payment and charging me the correct price I got into my truck at 520pm just a “Quick” 1 hour and 50 minutes for the oil change. They had absolutely no concern on how long this took. If you have all day it’s a good deal at 39.99 but if you think it will be quick good luck!

With that said, I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone that is looking for a good dealer. Do I agree with everything they have said or do? NO.. But, I do feel that everyone is honest and is very willing to help get the job done and be sure the customer is happy. I think that things get done in a timely manor and the customer service is pretty good. People just have to remember that other cars are in for repair or other people are looking to buy a vehicle. They get pretty busy at times and patience is needed.

Duane in the aftermarket accessory department is fantastic. I worked with him on my last purchase as well. He does a terrific job in following up on the job to be sure there are no issues. Just picked my truck up the other day from him. Looks great!! So pleased!! Thank you Duane!!
Cornerstone Service Department has had a refresh!! The new service manager Connor is a major asset to the dealership!! He has given the department new life and has made it so much better. He is a manager that truly, and I mean truly cares about the customer, the dealership and takes so much pride in his job.
Trust is a huge requirement for me with such a huge purchase, and I have that every time I have a need. I have been a customer for years, its always the same great service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Danny Gram he is five star.
As far as the so called preaching of the bible and god....I never had an experience like that at all. So they have bible verses on the big sign! Who cares! If you don't like it, ignore it (this is to the person that left a post complaining about this and giving them a 1 star. That review has nothing to do with the people at Cornerstone so ignore it).
I am not a easy customer to deal with. I tell what is on my mind whether it be good or bad. Go to Cornerstone and give them a try.

I would say that I am one of the most anal people that has purchased a vehicle from Cornerstone Ford. I clean my truck on a daily basis and check it over just about every day for any issues or problems.
