These guys in Elk River are awesome I needed a battery for my iPhone, I made my appointment on line, received a 50% off coupon in email for a battery. We had lunch at subway next door. My phone was ready when we were done. If you need any phone repairs or battery for absolutely anything they have it!! I’ll never go anywhere else!!!
Called to have my charging port replaced on my iPhone, told me I could come in and have it repaired today in 45min to an hour, told him that would be awesome and that I would be in a bit later...Drove 25 miles to arrive at the store only for an employee to say that they don't keep the part in stock but that they could order it and have it in 2-3 days!! Very disappointed that the employee I spoke to on the phone didn't take the time to check inventory for the part I was in need of instead of wasting my time. I will never take my business to this location.
The man who helped me at the register was not friendly. When I came back in because my car wouldn’t start, a man with a beard came out to my car and changed the battery for me. I was so grateful!
I went in with my phone on my lunch break, having an issue with the booting of it. I was told by a friend that replacing the battery would fix it. Going into this location, expecting my phone battery to be replaced. The guy told me "No problem, 15 minutes and you'll be good to go." No big deal. I come back about 25 minutes later, the guy says "Your battery isn't the problem with your phone. You've completely terrorized your phone. The back is warped and it's affecting the circuit board, shorting out the phone." He then told me he'd take another 10 minutes to put my old battery back in. Like you couldn't have done that with the extra time you had with me being gone (making me a half hour late from my break) My phone wasn't warped in the slightest, and sure wasn't the problem. If you're going to offer phone battery replacement in your store, train your employees on how to handle them.
Rude and snobby people wanted 40$ for a phone battery. No thanks. Half the price on amazon.
