Loved our experience at carpet one. they had a great selection, and Jim helped us immediately by taking measurements. Our flooring arrived quickly and we loved the gentleman that installed our store, Joe. Joe is the only person I will use in the future to do floor installations. They did such a great job. Timely and quick work.
Walked into the store and was treated like I was an idiot. I asked a few questions and recieved very snarky responses. The sales associate working basically told me to go to Menards. My business wasnt good enough for them as i was just looking to carpet a small bedroom in our basement. As a Sales Rep myself I was completely shocked at the service I received. After leaving the store I made a visit to Home Depot and Menards and received great service. I know where I will be shopping when we start our next project installing new flooring in the rest of our home.

Love our new carpet from Carpet One! We shopped around at other places and they had the best quality carpet and padding for our budget to carpet our two lower levels. The installers did an excellent job and were on time (even 15 min early which I loved), friendly and very kind to my three year old asking them questions about everything they were doing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm a very detail oriented person and it takes a lot to get five stars out of me, and they definitely earned that score by far. Looking forward to carpeting our upstairs with them next year!
