I really enjoy this place. 24 hour availability, pretty quite, clean and everyone is respectful
I'm guessing it will be months before they even see this or attempt to rectify the damage this company has done, but if they do attempt to reach out to me, I will publicly augment my post in regard to how they choose to move forward- Either ethically, or their traditional duck and cover method hoping nobody notices and they don't have to accept responsibility for their fraud and theft.
I've been to a lot of great gyms and this one is my favorite. It has everything I need and the owners are excellent people.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR GYM. THINK TWICE BEFORE ACCEPTING THE "LOCAL HOSPITALITY." Heaven forbid I call and speak to the owners husband at HIS location in Rogers because his wife wouldn't return my phone calls about why I was still being billed after numerous cancellation attempts.
Terrible company. I have tried numerous times to cancel the contract here. I have since been continuously billed over 14 months since the first time I signed a Cancellation form and filled out all the documentation. I had been a member for well in excess of a year at that point and was on a month to month basis and confirmed this, so there was no early termination/"breaching" of contracts or anything of that nature in order for me to cancel. My bill is $109 a month and this company has effectively stolen fraudulently over $1500 of MY money because they will not stop automatically billing me. If I stop the billing through my bank the company will threaten to send it to collections attempting to damage my credit.
I feel deceived, cheated, and worst of all- stolen from by someone who claimed its all about supporting the local economy, and family run business. Don't be fooled, your a paycheck and nothing more to them, once they have your account numbers your a prisoner.
In response to this Austin guy and his little crew that came in to the gym and wrote that bad review.. I was actually there that day with my trainer and we where sitting there talking about how much of a jack A** you where being and the owner seemed to handle it way better than she should have. Nothing you said in that review was remotely true. I have been going to this gym for a while now and I've experienced nothing but good things. Before you go writing a review about an incident you claim to have happened in a public place you should be sure know one else was there to call you out on your lies. Just saying.
Good gym, nice selection of weights/ machines. Friendly management. Always clean.
