It took about two weeks for them to call me back and when I went in to pick up my watch they told me they needed to replace the gasket in the watch when they put the back on and that I would be charged for this. The watch is very new and the gasket was not damaged when I brought the watch in so I thought this was a little weird. Also, when I picked my watch up, one of the bars that holds the band together was missing because apparently their watch guy forgot to put the bar back and lost it. They were able to replace the missing part and put the band back together and did not charge me for that. Overall, not horrible service but a little unprofessional and suspicious about the "broken" gasket.
Great people to deal with. Went in with a couple of watches. They spent 15 min with me taking care of adjusting the bands. No charge, they were happy to help. I will be back this Christmas when I am looking for something special for my wife. Thanks guys.
I brought my watch in to get the back put on because it had been taken off when I got the battery replaced at Batteries Plus and Batteries Plus could not get it back on. I was told they would need to send the watch to their watch guy because they could not get it back on in store. I was also told I would be charged the price of what it would cost to get a battery replaced from them, which I was fine with.
Great people and service! He removed a link in a bracelet for free to my surprise and did a great job even though it was kind of a bugger! Thanks I'll be back for sure!
All in all they were very condescending, wanting to be trusted as the experts at the time of order but then not standing by there work and denying liability when they make the wrong decision. On customer service alone we would not go back again.
My wife had her wedding ring resized because it was too loose and falling off. They quoted $150 but charged $250 when it was done. They said the extra $100 was for the 2 separate rings both being resurfaced and soldered back together (which was never stated or quoted at the beginning). When they sized her finger she expressed she didn't want it too tight but was assured they had measured her correctly. When she got the ring back it was way too tight and she was almost unable to get it back off. When she questioned the jeweler they refused to fix it because it was made to the original agreed upon size (which, again, was questioned by my wife initially). They also went as far as to suggest her finger could have grown from "too many holiday treats" even though the size was first questioned 2 weeks before Christmas.
To fix the ring again they asked for almost double the original price because they would now have to add more metal on, which takes more work and costs more money.
Great place to shop! Kind caring employees!
