It is impossible to get through to a person when calling there. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get a simple question answered, transferred many times to different recordings that had no options for what I needed. This is the worst phone experience I have ever had!! When someone is detained here, especially by ICE , they are shut off from the world indefinitely. It should be illegal to not make it possible for loved ones to contact them if that loved one is not able to not able to get there in person.

Sherrifs were very uplifting, made sure I knew everything was going to be ok. Only wish they didn't have there conVos right outside my cell.
The guards do not enforce the rules in the handbook. Allow inmates to be obnoxious, swear, and yell (while other inmates are trying to talk on the phone or sleep). There is a rulebook, but the "rules" don't mean anything as the guards don't do anything about it.
Clean. Staff àre knowledgeable. Could be better programming.
Haven't been here personally but two of my family members have been. Avoid going to jail in Sherburne! The guards are nasty and readily throw out responses like "not my problem" and "I don't give a F*** what the judge told you" plus the holding cell is super small and they cram 30+ people in there. If your not staying for a extended period of time expect to stay in the holding cell for most of your stay (some times as long as 30 hours) and in the holding cell the bathroom is locked and the guards make you wait until there's a few of you that need to go.
