Can I give a negative 1000 rating please? Brought our beloved dying, suffering dog Lucy there to be put to rest and were turned away being told we needed an appointment. Every other vet I have ever gone to has prioritized emergencies. I, myself, have had apointments delayed because the doc took an emergency and I was always content to wait because I would have wanted to be shown such compassion. These people should be ashamed of themselves. They obviously don't care about animals suffering. They wouldn't even check her pulse so we had to race to another vet making the last moments of this sweet girl's life highly stressful and painful. These people are heartless and do not deserve your business.
They are so nice to me and my dog. Answering all my questions no matter how stupid it seems. They're so nice my dog doesn't fear the vet or get mad at me for taking her.
Adopted a cat here, everyone was very kind and efficient, you could tell they liked being there and truly care for animals.
Very disappointed in this place. Walked in after a farm accident with my dog and she was suffering. I was rudely turned away and told I needed a appointment. I went out a and got her because she was dying i was treated like nothing. The lack of compassion hurt my heart I would never bring my animal here. They should be ashamed of themselves for their cold hearted, non caring, and unprofessional behavior .
I took her up to Princeton Animal clinic and the doctor dropped everything and tended to her instantly. The people in the office Put out a comfy blanket for her and gave us time to say our goodbyes. This is what I would have expected.
went in this morning with my African side neck turtle and everyone there was fantastic!! the doctor quickly knew how to handle a turtle and gave him a wellness exam as well as confirming my thought that he had tapeworms. the two nurses were super helpful and even asked about him to learn things they didn't know. I've been looking for a good exotic vet for awhile now and finally found one that knows what they're doing and is reasonably priced!!
