Told them multiple times to call me for estimate before repairing. Several times they didn't call and couldn't figure out the problem but charged me hundreds for no solution. Then when I complained they said they don't need customers like me that complain. Lost my business for some simple common practices. Don't charge is you have to work on it more than once and call the customer for approval of estimate!
AT Repair has been a reliable place to bring my car for any repairs. The staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable in what they do. If they find something that needs fixing, other than why you brought your car in, they will call you and let you know what's going on and why it should get replaced. I will continue to refer family, friends, and anyone I come across to go to AT Repair for any of their auto repair needs.
