I needed a few different repairs made on my 2007 Tahoe, and they got me in right away and did a great job on every repair I needed. They also provided me with a loaner car while they did the work, and completed everything I needed done within 24 hours of dropping it off. The prices were very fair, staff is friendly, and I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future for all my auto repair needs. Thank you!
Andy is the owner. He's local and family owned. He and his son are the knowledgeable mechanics that do the job right. I brought my vehicle to him for an alignment and several different issues. He recommended the right repair for the vehicle and for me. I had the vehicle at a different shop prior to Precision and they told me it needed ball joints and wheel bearings. Andy showed me first hand what he saw and advised it wasn't worth it right now. HONEST! He took work from himself to be honest and give the recommendation he would give himself. I also had a fuel pump that needed to get moved. Another shop told me 3-4 hours @ $135hr and Andy did it for 1.5 hours at a cheaper price per hour. Use him or lose him.
It was also super convenient to have dinner next door at Perkins while they worked.
Very accommodating to fit me in this and make the necessary repairs. On previous visit I was quoted a price over the phone based on the wrong information, the shop honored that price, without argument, and didn't even cover the cost of the parts. That kind of integrity deserves my business.
