I was standing in the isle looking very confused at the assortment of screws. Two men working and one woman in that isle. The woman said hi as she kept working and the men acted like they didn't even know I was there. I grabbed what I think might be the right screws and off to the lumber Dept. I go. Much better help in that Dept. Very polite pleasant man helped me. I was in the store for about 30 min. Not another soul spoke to me except at checkout. I'm going back to Menards next time.
What a Joke. Bought a shed. Missing many parts went to get a new one wouldn't just give us one. Wanted to part it out piece by piece even when we told them we were not sure what exactly was missing. No managemt available waited an extentend time for a manager. Customer service sucks
I rented a truck to deliver few pieces of plywood at my house. I live 4 miles away. When the lady went to check for gas she came back said it was full. When I got in the truck wasn’t a full tank. Came back in 15 min after ranting it and they told me I gotta get charged 31 dollars for refill. I explained them I only lived 4 miles away I coulda wasted that much gas. I went and I put two gallons of gas and I came back and the manager Tom went to check on gas again after he gleaned back told the tank is not even close to full. I asked the manager how much miles per gallon the truck take? said he said 8. I pulled my receipt from gas station and my home address and showed to him it only took less than a gallon of gas but I put two. He was looking at that like an idiot and kept saying this doesn’t make sense. I told him to do the math and he kept ignoring me. Be aware when u rent a truck they lie that the tank is full and they wanna charge you 30 bucks extra for refill.
The home Depot in elk River seems to be much more organized than others and the workers are way better. All in all it's a nice place
I found exactly what I needed. I was pleased the employee knew exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't know how to explain it.
