Great place, good food, fast service.
Awful! My husband ordered 2 subs. They made 1 and walked away. My husband asked what was going on with the other and they just said they knew they didn't make it yet and kept eating! A man finally walked up to make the sub. I ordered a #16 but somehow got red peppers, jalapeño and a bunch of oil on it. They screwed up the entire order! When we called to complain, they just said they didn't know what happened. Never even apologized!
Great place to go if you forget to pack your lunch for work. For fast food, the sandwiches are very good.
Just left Elk River Jimmy Johns. Had the rudest girl cashier. Rolling her eyes and not having any patience for me the customer. Did not know what was going on. Should not be working at a customer service job.
Ordered a sandwich and chips, received the sandwich but not the chips and was charged for them. Called the store and they said they will run them to me, ( about 1 mile away from the store) 25 minutes later, my lunch hour over, i called again wondering where my chips are. Spoke with a manager and he said they are on the way and he will send a coupon in the mail for a free sandwich. Called 1 1/2 weeks later asking about my coupon that I never received. The manager asked me if I wanted to come to the store to get it, I ask if he could mail it and he said again he will get it in the mail tomorrow. It is now 3 weeks and I still haven't received anything from them. Very poor management and customer service.
