Made food fairly quickly. Food was good. Pizza Hut uses a call center to take orders, which kind of sucks.
I order here all the time since it is the only pizza hut around here and ALWAYS they take over 2 hours, the food is always cold and stale and the people are not polite at all. Don't order from here, I say that you order from domino's since they are very quick, very nice, and they sometimes give you free stuff if you order from them a lot which this pizza hut doesn't.
I order from this location very frequently since they have foods that Domino's doesn't that I really enjoy, but every single time that I order from this Pizza Hut location it takes over 2 hours, the food is cold when I get it and stale too. And on top of all that the delivery driver is normally rude and not polite at all, Unlike other pizza places around here where the driver is very polite and the food only takes about 15 minutes. Never order from here, especially if you are really hungry. Order from Domino's, they only take about 20 minutes and they are always polite, the food is always fresh and hot and they even sometimes give you free stuff.
2 hours for a pizza to be delivered... no discount given after we complained... do not order from them, takes forever!
I always order online and rarely get anything that’s incorrect. So we ordered online again tonight, and delivery time is stated as 3 hours after we placed the order. I got the confirmation email at 7:45 and it says it should be delivered at 10:55. When I called an hour later to see if that was correct, or if they even got the order, I got their call center. I got a woman who kept cutting me off and just read back the email that I got. I understand if that’s all the information that she can access, it just sucks that she used such a bad attitude.
