I love the food, but unfortunately the service is so consistently below what should be expected. For example, my last trip consisted of an order of boneless wings, a hot dog, and tots. The hot dog and tots were room temperature and the chicken was cold. I sent the chicken back and asked for it to be remade. I sat around for 20 minutes until I finally asked the kitchen what the wait time was. The server never even told the kitchen about my order. This isn't the first time things like this has happened. The problem isn't the food. It's the management.
Drive up area was closed when I arrived, so was asked to go through the drive through, which I did. When I received my order, was told, sorry we are out of whipped cream for the milk shake, the lid was not on all the way and it spilled down my arm. The fries were cold and hard, and the mozzarella sticks were not cooked all of the way. The chicken sandwhich was good. But for almost $18.00 for one person, not really impressed at all.
AWFUL SERVICE. Waited 10 minutes for us to even take our money, super slow service and they weren't busy. We could see the girls standing there talking behind the window. Forgot our straw and condiments, and food was cold. Oh, and I found a long black hair in my burger. I am disgusted and Will not be going back. This place is awful.
Regular patron of sonic. Live close by. Service is very poor. Expect wait times of 20-40 min. Your order will be messed up from time to time. So make sure and check that your food is all there before you leave. Avoid peak times. The food and drinks are still good though. This sonic is not bad enough where people will stop going, myself included.
The variety of drinks and food is Great! Plan on waiting a bit longer for your food, but their burgers here surpass any other fast food joint around. You can't find their slushies or shakes anywhere else. We love adding ALL the candies to our slushy(3 kinds of candies)! If you have a sweet tooth, give it a try. It's a fun and unique treat!
